DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

TrendSpire USA complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This page explains how to submit a verified takedown request to our designated agent and how contested material is handled.

Submitting a takedown request

Send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on TrendSpire USA; (3) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Verified notices are reviewed and acted on in a timely manner. Where a notice is complete, we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned for correction.

Counter-notice instructions

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. It must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material removed and its prior location; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after the period required by law unless the complainant files a court action. Repeat infringers are subject to termination under our policy.
